About the company
Remote World is partnering with a US-based SaaS company to hire for this role. They serve thousands of small business customers and need a customer service agent to deliver fast friendly support across email and live chat.
The role
Youll handle inbound support tickets and live chats solving account issues answering product questions and making sure customers leave every interaction feeling looked after. Youll own your queue and work from clear playbooks with escalation paths for complex issues.
What youll do
- Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot account and billing issues and resolve them or escalate clearly
- Log interactions and update customer records in the CRM
- Identify patterns in support volume and flag recurring issues to the product team
- Maintain high CSAT scores across all interactions
What youll need
- Strong written English clear warm and professional
- Patient and solution-focused under pressure
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk Intercom or similar support tools
- Previous customer service or support experience
- Familiarity with SaaS products or subscription billing
