About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based professional services firm to hire for this role. Their founding team is growing fast and needs a capable VA to free up senior time for high-value work.

The role

Youll support one or two senior team members with a broad mix of administrative research and coordination tasks. No two days are identical youll need to be organised proactive and comfortable switching between priorities.

What youll do

• Manage calendars schedule meetings and handle travel and logistics coordination
• Draft and respond to emails on behalf of senior team members
• Research topics compile briefing notes and prepare summaries
• Maintain task lists follow up on outstanding actions and keep projects on track
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks as they arise

What youll need

• Excellent written English youll be communicating on behalf of senior people
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Proactive you spot what needs doing without being asked
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Nice to have

• Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion Asana or Monday
• Bookkeeping or basic finance administration skills
