Recruitment Coordinator $1500$2200 USD/month Fully Remote

Location: Fully remote you can be based anywhere in the world
Hours: Flexible at least 3 hours overlap with UK GMT or US EST
Salary: $1500$2200 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based recruitment and HR consultancy to hire for this role. They place candidates across technology finance and professional services and need a coordinator to keep their hiring pipelines moving.

The role

Youll support the recruitment team with candidate sourcing screening coordination interview scheduling and ATS management. Youll be the person who makes sure no candidate falls through the cracks and every hiring manager is briefed on time.

What youll do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn job boards and CV databases

• Screen applications and summarise shortlists for hiring managers

• Schedule interviews across time zones and manage logistics

• Keep the ATS up to date and candidate records accurate

• Draft and send communications to candidates at each stage of the process

What youll need

• Organised and detail-oriented youre the one who spots the scheduling clash

• Strong written English for professional candidate and client communication

• Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools

• Calm under deadline pressure recruitment moves fast

Nice to have

• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse Lever Workday or similar)

• Previous recruitment coordination or HR admin experience

• Background in technology or professional services recruitment
