Job Summary
Position:HR & Payroll Systems Support
Location:Hybrid 2x per week in office (Mississauga)
Structure: Contract 12 months
Pay:$33.00 - $34.00p/h inc.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Construction clients in a contract capacity!

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience supporting HR systems payroll operations or enterprise applications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas lookups pivot tables) or willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in HR technology payroll processes and system-driven environments
- Post-secondary education in IT Computer Science HR Business Systems or a related field
- Exposure to major HCM/payroll platforms (e.g. SAP Workday UKG or similar)
- Experience working in structured or regulated environments (e.g. unionized settings)
- Familiarity with ticketing or workflow tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Zendesk or similar)
- Payroll certification or formal payroll training
