Job Description:
An established title insurance company is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations production workflow and crossfunctional coordination across a multisite environment. This role requires strong leadership handson problem solving and the ability to manage AP AR reconciliations reporting and compliance while supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in multientity operations variance analysis monthend close and process improvement within a fastpaced setting.
Qualifications:
- Oversee internal title examination process (Commercial Acreage and Residential)
- Team of three (3) in house title examiners one (1) Title Services Coordinator one (1) Customer Service/Data Entry Title Plant team member.
- Assist by conducting title examinations on heavy commercial or acreage file overflow as needed.
- Ensure accuracy efficiency quality and consistency of our title examination output including:
- In-House
- Production Center Examinations through our Underwriters
- P-24 Examinations from Out of County Title Partners
- Oversee systematic and effective knowledge growth within our title plant team members
- Assist with In-House risk based underwriting decisions with support from our Leadership Team as needed.
- Oversee communication with underwriting counsel when needed with regard to unique or extra hazardous matters arising within our title examinations
- Work on-site at least 3 days per week but our preference would be 5 days on site.
- Develop strategic relationships with other Title Agencies and Underwriters to assist with curative matters and starter files.
- Develop strategic relationships with local attorney (and other similar professionals) to aid in our overall business development efforts.
- We prize our in-house expertise and want to ensure it is leveraged in this regard with the professionals who value the same.
