Systems Liaison / Application Support Consultant

Schedule: M-F 37.5 hrs/week CDT
Target Start: June 6 2026
Were looking for a detail-oriented support professional who finds satisfaction in solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Tier 2 application support role with a meaningful data component SQL is core to the work not incidental: writing and executing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries in a production support context not just reading queries but developing and running them to resolve incidentsResponsibilities- Receive investigate and resolve escalated incidents and service requests
- Develop test and execute SQL and PL/SQL queries to resolve incidents
- Communicate with customers on issue status and resolution
- Triage and prioritize the support queue alongside management and team members
- Maintain accurate timely incident and request documentation
- Escalate appropriately when needed
Requirements- Experience with Oracle SQL; PL/SQL required: hands-on writing/executing queries
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Agile team experience highly desired
