About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact sales role with a well-established privately held supplier the organization has decades of experience delivering Doors Molding Trim Mantels Stairs and other Millwork solutions to Builders GCs and additional channels.
The company is rapidly expanding its sales presence in key markets and is seeking a proven sales professional who already has strong builder and/or dealer relationships and a track record of success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment values long-term partnerships and wants meaningful autonomy while being supported by a stable experienced operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full turnkey sales process from measurement through installation coordination
Manage takeoffs pricing scheduling and on-site installation oversight
Serve as the single point of contact for client relationships.
Drive new business with greenfield multifamily builders and developers
Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution
Grow territory $2M-$5M annually
Territory Focus
Primary coverage includes:
Key Requirements
Existingrelationships with either Multi-family GCs Single-Family builders or dealers/distributors
Strong background selling Doors Trim Moulding Windows. Cabinet sales preferred.
Proven experience managing complex construction projects end-to-end
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Willingness to complete background screening as a condition of employment
