Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our this role you will help maintain repair and support automated equipment such as conveyor systems and basic robotics used in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

• Inspect maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment

• Assist with installation and repair of:

  • Sensors (photo-eyes proximity sensors)

  • Motors and motor starters

  • Switches relays and control components

• Identify issues and report equipment problems

• Work closely with operations and maintenance team members

• Keep work areas clean and organized

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 13 years of hands-on experience in maintenance mechanical or electrical work
  (Trade school internships or entry-level roles count)

• Basic understanding of tools and equipment

• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical field

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Coursework or degree in mechanical electrical or robotics-related field

• Experience with conveyor systems or automation equipment

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or troubleshooting

• Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (CMMS)

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs

• Frequent bending reaching climbing and kneeling

• Comfortable working in industrial conditions (heat cold noise dust)
