What Youll Be Doing

• Prepare detailedcivil construction estimatesfor data center projects
• Analyze drawings specifications and bid documents to develop accurate cost projections
• Collaborate closely with sales operations and project teams to support winning proposals
• Perform quantity takeoffs pricing analysis and subcontractor/vendor coordination
• Identify risks gaps and opportunities within project scopes
• Support preconstruction efforts and contribute to bid strategy

What Were Looking For (Must-Have)

• Proven experience incivil estimating within commercial and industrialconstruction environments (required)
• Strong understanding ofsite work utilities grading and infrastructure scopes
• Experience working withhigh-volume bid environments
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background

• Experience with large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects
• Familiarity with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Background working with top ENR contractors or specialty civil firms
