Job Summary

Position : Amazon Ecommerce Manager

Working Hours : M-F CET

Salary Range : 2500 to 3000 USD/month

About the role:

This is not a support role. You will own key revenue channels and have a direct impact on growth. From managing PPC campaigns and optimizing listings to improving backend operations and coordinating with logistics youll play a central role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

Own our Amazon and Shopify platforms end-to-end
Set up manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with clear KPIs
Optimize listings: titles descriptions SEO pricing and imagery
Monitor sales performance spot trends and proactively take action
Maintain and improve the Shopify backend (products collections apps)
Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

3 years of e-commerce experience
Hands-on experience with Amazon (FBA) and Shopify
Proven track record with Amazon PPC and budget ownership
Strong knowledge of listing optimization CRO and A/B testing
Analytical data-driven and commercially minded
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing for revenue growth.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.

We are looking for someone with proven experience scaling a D2C brand on Amazon to 5M in revenue within 1 to 2 years.
