Theyre on a mission-driven journey to help build ethical industry professionals of a global standard and theyre looking for a Curriculum Designer whos excited about creating meaningful learning experiences (and helping shape a movement not just a role).

What the job involves

• Designing building and evaluating soft-skills courses and programmes (e.g. entrepreneurial skills communication project management operations).
• Contributing to the design and development of technical training content (alongside the team).
• Creating learner-first experiences that are practical engaging and outcomes-driven.
• Iterating on content based on feedback and impact improving whats working and refining whats not.

What you need to be considered

• An undergraduate degree.
• 25 years experience designing and building courses/programmes.
• Strong knowledge of educational software/tools.
• Experience working in an educational environment.
• Confident writing and communication skills (youll be shaping learning journeys not just documents).
• A genuine passion for education developing people and the learner experience.

Bonus points if you

• Have facilitation teaching or training experience.
• Thrive in a fast-moving build-from-the-ground-up environment (startup-minded resourceful optimistic).
• Love collaborating with others and taking real ownership without needing loads of structure.
