Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Physics tutoring sessions for students across various levels including IBDP AS & A-Levels MYP and IGCSE.
- Develop tailored lesson plans to address the individual learning needs and styles of students.
- Prepare students for prominent Olympiad competitions and assist with relevant problem-solving techniques.
- Assist students in understanding challenging Physics concepts and effectively applying them in practical scenarios.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress providing constructive feedback and support to enhance academic performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Physics curriculum and Olympiad preparation techniques to ensure high-quality tutoring.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to the development of educational resources.
- Engage in professional development activities to continuously enhance tutoring skills and subject matter expertise.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Physics concepts across various educational levels particularly IBDP and AS & A-Levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student interaction and engagement.
- Proficiency in instructional technologies and online teaching platforms.
Desired Experience
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Physics preferably in international curriculums.
- Experience with Olympiad training and problem-solving techniques is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
