Tasks
- Manage work permits for permanent employees including obtaining and renewals in line with current legislation.
- Coordinate secondment permits ensuring compliance for employees working in other locations or countries.
- Provide support for EU and non-EU employees on work permits residence permits and related legal matters.
- Oversee the collection of required documents for immigration processes.
- Prepare and submit documentation for registering foreign employees with authorities (electronic and physical).
- Ensure appropriate permits visas and residence documents including extensions for staying in Romania.
- Schedule appointments with authorities for document processing.
- Maintain and update databases related to permits and documentation.
- Manage relationships with external service providers.
- Liaise with authorities and collaborate with state agencies translation offices and notaries.
- Work closely with internal departments involved in securing employment rights.
Requirements
- Higher education in Law Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing work permits and immigration.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and immigration requirements for EU and non-EU citizens.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
