WHATS IN YOUR LUGGAGE

• First kitchen experience is helpful but motivation discipline and willingness to learn matter most
• Interest in fresh food clean preparation and the lively rhythm of a professional kitchen
• Reliability speed and a hands-on attitude during preparation service and closing tasks
• Awareness of hygiene cleanliness and safe handling of kitchen equipment
• Spanish required; English is a plus - the more languages the better!

WHATS YOUR JOB ABOUT

• Support the kitchen team with washing peeling cutting and preparing ingredients for service
• Keep work areas equipment and storage spaces clean organized and ready for action
• Assist cooks with mise en place basic preparations and plating support during busy times
• Follow hygiene HACCP and safety standards in every task
• Receive store and rotate products carefully together with the team
• Help with dishwashing and closing routines to ensure the kitchen starts fresh every day
