The Role Sales Admin will support sales and customer communication by managing administrative tasks keeping the CRM up to date introducing Ahti to new leads and handling day-to-day communication via WhatsApp and email. This role is primarily administrative and support-focused with most interactions conducted through written communication.
Tasks
Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and consistently
Reach out to new leads to introduce Ahti via WhatsApp and email
Handle incoming messages on the WhatsApp account professionally and promptly
Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team
Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded
Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Detail-oriented diligent and consistent in handling routine tasks
Good written and speaking communication skills (English)
Comfortable using WhatsApp email and basic digital tools
Reliable patient and has a good attitude
Willingness to learn and follow processes
Familiarity with CRM tools
