Job Summary

Role: QA Lead

Start date: ASAP

End date: October 30 2026

Number of resources needed: 1

Location & work model: Toronto ON Hybrid (2-3 times per week onsite at client site)

Responsibilities:

Lead defect triage drive resolution and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely issue closure.

Support test data creation and ensure test environment readiness.

Leverage test automation where applicable to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.

Provide clear QA status updates risk assessments and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Proven experience coordinating and planning testing activities in a large banking/FI environment including data transformation data integration data warehouse and application testing.

Experience preparing and reviewing test plans test cases and test exit reports with full traceability to requirements and data-mapping documents.

Strong hands-on experience using SQL for data validation analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).

Strong knowledge of the Banking / Wealth Management data domain.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing is an added advantage.
