DS Technologies Inc is looking for AI Technology Lead (Associate Director) role for one of our premier clients.
Job title: AI Technology Lead (Associate Director)Overview:
Straive is seeking an experienced AI Technology Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered applications and data science solutions. This role combines technical leadership program management and hands-on engineering to deliver enterprise AI solutions from concept to production.
Positition:
Associate Director / Senior Leadership / Hybrid Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and AI/ML programs
- Manage scope timelines risks dependencies and milestones
- Drive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) across teams
- Lead architecture design code reviews and technical decisions
- Build GenAI solutions using LLMs RAG embeddings vector databases
- Oversee full-stack development (Frontend Backend APIs Microservices)
- Guide MLOps / LLMOps workflows deployment and monitoring
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists
- Collaborate with product security business and architecture teams
- Ensure quality compliance performance and scalability standards
Requirement Qualififcations:
- 10 years in software engineering data or AI project delivery
- 3 years leading AI/ML or GenAI projects
- Strong Microsoft Azure experience (Azure OpenAI ADF AKS Functions Blob Storage)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs RAG vector search prompt engineering
- Full-stack development experience (React/Angular Python/Java/)
- Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience
- Experience delivering production-grade enterprise applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
