REQUIRED SKILLS

Must Have Credentials

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) required
Strong Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working in enterprise scale orgs with strict governance

AI Driven Expectations (based on recent direction environment) Looking for candidates who have applied AI practically in Salesforce not just aware of AI:

AI assisted code development and refactoring (Apex LWC)
Using AI for code reviews optimization and technical decision support
Familiarity with:
- Salesforce AI features (Einstein / Agentforce exposure a plus)
- AI enhanced Dev workflows (test generation quality checks performance analysis)
Ability to explain and defend AI influenced design choices in reviews

Nice to Have / Strong Plus

Salesforce CPQ experience (active long running implementation)
Salesforce Data Cloud exposure
Integration experience (APIs Platform Events Change Data Capture)
Prior work in onshore/offshore models (Accenture previously involved)
Mentoring or acting as technical lead / reviewer
