Job Summary

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Work location: Hybrid

Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science business or related field.
Business Analyst experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories
Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration analysis and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components
Prior healthcare industry experience
