Job Summary

Dear Candidate

We hve an opportunity for the site supervisor role with us for Pan India Level.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination for technical activities on assigned projects ensure
effective communication and coordination on assigned project between all ensure that all assigned personal
are coordinating with other project participants

Experience & Qualification

0-4 years experience in relevant Industries like Flooring/Road Construction/Industrial Construction/Infrastructure
Exposure to Concrete Polishing

Key result area & outcomes expected from the role

Responsible for day-to-day site work.
Follow up with site engineers of clients and/or consultant to ensure that work is being carried out as per
design drawing specifications & meeting planned dates in schedule.
Interact with project manager/Site Engineer for clarification in design/ RFI etc.
Filling up of Daily Reporting Sheet about progress noncompliance delay in work.
Should be capable of reading Auto-Cad/engineering drawings.
Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the client.
Conducting regular job site inspections.
Actively monitor the work environment for hazards.
Assist in the quality & safety audit.
Identify and highlight possible risks on project and report to senior authority.
Assist in necessary project documentation.
Accurately inventorying the jobsite and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained and intimated
to purchase department.
Support in finalization of billing break ups joint measurements bill certification.
Preparation of the labors time sheet on daily basis.
Maintaining the machineries & Equipments as per given data format.
Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by the Project Manager.

Maintain ISO documents for site working
Maintain Material stock register

Health Safety & Environment:
Monitor evaluate and ensure that all work is being carried out safely.
Implement technical and safety requirement for the project
Ensure that the main contractors HSE plan is being implemented and report all non-conformances to
HSE manager.
