• Build meaningful engagement with professionals through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Support communication initiatives aligned with professional growth and leadership themes
• Manage responsibilities independently while working within established operational systems and compliance standards

Background & Expertise

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Development Organizational Development or People & Culture leadership
• Experience supporting employee engagement mentoring or workforce strategy initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Confidence using remote collaboration tools and professional digital platforms
• High level of accountability organization and professional self-management
