Norwegian speaking Travel Advisor – Barcelona, Spain

Location: Barcelona Spain
Salary: €22.249 gross/year
Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week) rotational shifts between 09:00–20:00 (Monday to Sunday 2 days off per week)
Holidays: 27 working days per year

They aim to build a work culture where employees feel motivated supported and proud of their their vibrant Barcelona office they are now looking to hire a Norwegian-speaking Travel Advisor to join their exciting team.

Role

As a Norwegian Travel Advisor you will be supporting travelers and accommodation providers through a major online travel platform. Your main tasks include:

• Understanding and identifying customer needs
• Mediating between international travelers and accommodation providers
• Clarifying inquiries regarding services payments or technical issues
• Providing accurate information and following set procedures via email and phone
• Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role you need:

• Fluency in Norwegian and advanced English
• Prior experience in customer service (B2B or B2C) or contact center environments is valued
• Excellent communication and listening skills (both written and spoken)
• PC literacy and ability to work with tools such as Office 365 and CRM platforms
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Open-mindedness toward changing business priorities and processes
• Affinity with online travel/accommodation platforms
