Role
As a Norwegian Travel Advisor you will be supporting travelers and accommodation providers through a major online travel platform. Your main tasks include:
Understanding and identifying customer needs
Mediating between international travelers and accommodation providers
Clarifying inquiries regarding services payments or technical issues
Providing accurate information and following set procedures via email and phone
Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:
Fluency in Norwegian and advanced English
Prior experience in customer service (B2B or B2C) or contact center environments is valued
Excellent communication and listening skills (both written and spoken)
PC literacy and ability to work with tools such as Office 365 and CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Open-mindedness toward changing business priorities and processes
Affinity with online travel/accommodation platforms
