Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a recognised leader in cloud and digital innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions (RAG agentic workflows) to enhance internal processes and customer experiences.
• Build and maintain advanced AI tools including conversational agents automation scripts and intelligent middleware.
• Manage the lifecycle of LLMs and ML models ensuring accuracy efficiency and relevance in production.
• Apply AI for advanced analytics such as anomaly detection forecasting and automated insights across diverse datasets.
• Collaborate with Sales Pre-Sales and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
• Develop robust integrations between AI systems and multiple data sources ensuring efficient retrieval from relational and vector databases.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or Computational Linguistics is required; a Master’s in AI/ML is preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional software development experience with a focus on AI integration.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Autonomous Agents and Prompt Engineering. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is considered an advantage.
  
• Technical proficiency in:
  • Frameworks: LangChain LangGraph FastAPI
  • Platforms: AWS (Bedrock Q SageMaker) or equivalents such as Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry
  • Observability: LLM monitoring and evaluation tools (e.g. LangSmith)
  • Databases: Vector DBs (OpenSearch pgvector) and NoSQL/Relational systems (e.g. DynamoDB)
• Certifications such as GCP Professional ML Engineer or specialisations are a plus.

• Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to bridge technical logic with business needs.
• Resilience in navigating ambiguity and proposing best-practice solutions.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Jakarta area.
