Product Designer

Overview

Were looking for a thoughtful detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team and help design seamless intuitive experiences for a variety of internal and external this role youll collaborate closely with Senior Designers Associate Creative Directors Creative Directors UX Researchers Product Managers and Developers to turn complex workflows into clear usable and elegant solutions.

Youll contribute across the full product lifecyclefrom discovery and connecting to detailed design and deliverywhile learning from senior leaders and growing your craft in a highly collaborative environment.

Reports to: Associate Creative Director or Creative Director of User Experience

Interfaces with: Executive Creative Director Director of Digital Experience VP of Digital Digital Strategists Director of Marketing Designers Writers Agency Partners Video Partners Product Managers and Developers

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Designers and Creative Directors to translate product vision business goals and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to interpret insights apply findings and evolve designs based on user feedback
• Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements prioritize features and ensure design aligns with product strategy
• Design intuitive user flows wireframes high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes for complex data-driven workflows
• Present UX and UI work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a professional constructive manner
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible well-documented and implemented with quality
• Work effectively with both internal and external execution teams across disciplines
• Contribute to and help maintain design systems patterns and standards to ensure consistency across the platform
• Participate in design critiques and reviews clearly articulating design decisions and rationale
• Iterate quickly based on feedback technical constraints and evolving requirements

Work Experience

• 0-2 years of experience designing digital products platforms or complex applications
• Strong foundation in UX principles interaction design and information architecture
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and collaborative workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear user-centered design solutions
• Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate designfrom ideation and research synthesis to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency.
• Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently

Preferred

• Experience working with or contributing to a design system
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in agile or iterative environments
