Our client a well-established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee crews on commercial and industrial this leadership role youll be responsible for supervising field teams coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring projects are completed safely on time and to high standards of quality. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others solving challenges in the field taking ownership of jobsite execution and representing a company known for its reliability and craftsmanship.

Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Provide overall field leadership for commercial and industrial electrical projects driving execution from mobilization through final turnover.
• Review construction documents specifications and coordination drawings to ensure code compliance.
• Direct site activities establishing daily priorities production targets and quality standards across active job sites.
• Oversee workforce planning materials equipment allocation and other items as needed to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
• Champion a culture of safety enforcing site protocols and proactively mitigating risk.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison partnering with project management general contractors inspectors and owners to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Lead field problem-solving efforts addressing design conflicts sequencing challenges and unforeseen site conditions with minimal disruption.
• Track progress and provide updates to leadership.

Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience leading $2m value projects.
• Strong leadership skills with an interest in training and team development.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and local codes.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with field-based technology for scheduling and reporting.
• Valid drivers license required.
