Job Summary
Job Title: Welder (Spray Arc / Flux Core)
Location: Thibodaux LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Summary
We are seeking skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Thibodaux LA. This position is responsible for welding parts and sub-assemblies using spray arc and flux core processes in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail produce high-quality welds and consistently meet productivity goals. Flexibility is important as overtime and potential future night shifts may be required.
Must-Haves
- Experience with spray arc and/or flux core welding
- Previous manufacturing or production welding experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to meet production and productivity targets
- Reliable transportation to Thibodaux LA
- Willingness to work overtime and possible future night shifts
Preferred
- Multiple years of hands-on welding experience
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience with fabrication or assembly work
