What Youll Do
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients
Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution
Deliver compelling presentations that close deals on the spot
Follow up on inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities (referrals networking door knocking local partnerships)
Build relationships with homeowners property managers and business owners
Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead install
Who Were Looking For
Proven sales closer (home services solar HVAC roofing or similar preferred)
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Strong communication objection-handling and negotiation skills
Self-motivateddoesnt wait for leads creates opportunities
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple compelling way
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Base salary (safety net)uncapped commission
