BUY TO LET MORTGAGE SUPPORT
To augment the Buy to let business of the bank by supporting the origination team for Buy-to-Let (BTL) Mortgages and ensuring seamless end to end customer experience. This includes managing pipeline of cases dealing with workflows liaising with stakeholders both internal and external to ensure smooth assessment and completion of BTL cases.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- To support the BTL sales activity by offering excellent service to the brokers or customers and to manage the internal execution process.
- To act as liaison point for intermediaries who have placed buy to let business with us and ensure that their journey is smooth through case placing packaging reviewing valuation and completion stages.
- To establish and maintain relationship with the broker while keeping them apprised of our products and lending criteria. Continuously keep brokers updated about current packaging requirements to ensure smooth processing. To communicate the salient features of our products and to ensure that our criteria is understood by them.
- To keep the BDMs & brokers updated about progress outstanding and escalations on their respective cases. Maintain key MI for the sales business to track & demonstrate progress on cases.
- To sometimes attend business meetings and other business/social events to promote brand awareness and identify and target new sales opportunities.
- To sometimes undertake networking activities (during and outside of normal working hours/days) to promote the brand by building excellent working relationships with Brokers Networks and other stakeholders if called upon to do so.
- To ensure compliance with all Bank policies procedures and to keep up to date with policies and relevant regulatory guidelines and issues.
- To efficiently manage business pipeline by appropriately diarising and following up on leads & milestones.
- Appropriate and effective administration monitoring reporting communication and liaison.
- To support brokers in keying of cases and ensure quality business is placed with us.
- To undertake any other responsibilities as delegated by the line managers
