What Youll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on care and supporting patients in a facility setting

• Leading coaching and supporting caregivers on the floor

• Monitoring patient well-being and ensuring quality care

• Communicating with families staff and leadership

• Jumping in to solve problems and keep everything on track

Were Looking For Someone Who:

• Is a state certified Medical Assistant (Michigan)

• State Test (Michigan) Certified Required or must take within 30 days of hire

• Has experience in healthcare or working with elderly/disabled patients

• Is ready to lead mentor and grow

• Brings compassion reliability and strong communication skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment
