Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team at Nashoba Brook Bakery as an Assistant Café Manager!
While management experience is preferred we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is positive dependable organized and ready to lead in a fast-paced café environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service
Cash handling and register management
Overseeing daily staff operations
Supporting café team members
Managing online and in-store orders
Expediting food items and ensuring smooth kitchen communication
Assisting with catering orders and daily café organization
Maintaining cleanliness food safety and café standards
Helping lead shifts and resolving customer concerns
We will train you on our systems and daily operationsall we need is someone with a strong work ethic and a friendly attitude!
