Could you be the full-time Country/Site QMS Manager in Valenciennes were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in quality management systems in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.
Youll ensure that the Management System for the site is effectively tailored to the business needs deployed and compliant with Alstoms and the regions standards. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including project teams site management and regional leadership) provide guidance and training to local teams and much more.
Youll specifically take care of deploying Alstoms policies and quality management systems while ensuring compliance with global and regional standards but also drive internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Well look to you for:
Coordinating the deployment of Alstom and regional processes methods and tools at the site level.
Providing support to local teams through training and day-to-day coaching on process applications.
Ensuring that Quality Management System documentation is properly managed updated and communicated.
Maintaining site QMS compliance with Alstom regional customer and ISO9001/IRIS/CMMI/ECM standards.
Organizing and conducting internal audits and ensuring effective action plan management.
Preparing for and analyzing assessments conducted by certification bodies and key customers.
Facilitating process reviews and Quality Management Reviews at the site level.
Driving risk and opportunity management with site stakeholders.

A Masters degree in a technical or engineering field.
Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 IRIS CMMI or ECM.
Familiarity with operational activities and documentation management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in quality management systems project management or operations.
Knowledge of the railway industry and related certifications (desirable).
