Intern HR Admin

Are you excited to start your journey of learning HR Admin and to boost yourself to growXL You must love to work with people because you will develop your analytical and organizational skills while working on various HR administrative tasks and will help our XL colleagues with HR-related matters.

You will:

• Learn to prepare various HR documents and manage employee records.
• Provide HR Support to employees in terms of contract legal compensation and benefits.
• Participate in HR internal projects and initiatives.
• Be in contact with external providers like health and safety or medical services.
• Organize personnel files and keep track of other necessary documents for employees.

• Bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources Psychology or another related field is a plus.
