Sod Installation Technician

• Bonus based on performance

• Operate a sod cutter and aerator
• Prepare soil (grading leveling and cleanup)
• Install sod tight level and cleanno gaps no shortcuts
• Load and unload sod and materials
• Keep job sites clean and professional

• Experience with a sod cutter and aerator (or the ability to learn quickly)
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs and work in Florida heat
• Strong attention to detailthis is not sloppy work

• Ability to tow a 7x16 trailer confidently
• Clean driving record (required)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Starting pay: $25/hour

• Sod establishes strong roots within 23 weeks
