Residential Support Staff SILP

Are you a compassionate energetic and self-motivated individual looking to make a meaningful impact Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. is currently hiring for our Supported Independent Living Program (SILP) a residential program supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Were seeking a dedicated team member to work Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fostering a therapeutic supportive and stable environment in both residential and community settings
• Providing person-centered strength-based interventions tailored to individual needs
• Supporting daily living skills including preparing and cooking meals
• Administering medications as directed
• Transporting clients to appointments and community activities

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in residential programs or working with individuals with mental health challenges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A warm compassionate personality and a team-oriented mindset
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to transport clients

Hiring rate is based on experience education and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
