DescriptionAre you a compassionate energetic and self-motivated individual looking to make a meaningful impact Northwestern Counseling & Support Services Inc. is currently hiring for our Supported Independent Living Program (SILP) a residential program supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Were seeking a dedicated team member to work Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering a therapeutic supportive and stable environment in both residential and community settings
- Providing person-centered strength-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Supporting daily living skills including preparing and cooking meals
- Administering medications as directed
- Transporting clients to appointments and community activities
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in residential programs or working with individuals with mental health challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A warm compassionate personality and a team-oriented mindset
- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to transport clients
