Job Summary
- Leasing transactions for industrial logistics and warehousing assets across Hyderabad and surrounding micro-markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers landlords investors.
- Advise clients on market rentals absorption trends vacancy levels deal structures and incentives
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence networking and client outreach
- Conduct site inspections negotiations and deal closures in coordination with legal and internal teams
- Prepare leasing proposals pitch decks market reports and financial analyses
- Track upcoming supply infrastructure developments and regulatory updates impacting the industrial & logistics sector
- Support institutional mandates and large-format transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of transactions
Qualifications :
PGDM / Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Finance or related field
38 years of relevant experience in industrial & warehouse leasing
Proven exposure to the Hyderabad industrial real estate market is mandatory
