Senior Network Engineer

Are you an experienced Network Engineer looking for your next challenge Join our high-performing team and play a key role in maintaining supporting and enhancing complex enterprise network environments across routers switches firewalls and wireless technologies.

What Youll Do

• Deliver advanced technical support for enterprise-grade network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls wireless controllers Cisco ISE and Cisco Nexus (ACI/NXOS).
• Design deploy and manage secure high-performing wireless networks.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents to ensure maximum uptime and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects Pre-Sales and Senior Management to design and implement scalable network solutions.
• Provide escalated technical support for routing switching and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers as required.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years experience supporting and administering enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in routing switching and wireless protocols.
• Experience with Fortinet FortiGate and Cisco Firepower firewalls - highly regarded.
• Relevant certifications - CCNP and NSE4 (required valid).
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying network infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of Australian cybersecurity frameworks (SOCI ASD Essential Eight) - advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow (beneficial).
• Strong troubleshooting multitasking and prioritisation skills.
