Position Overview
The UAM Telematics Compliance Manager works under the direction of Fleet Leadership andthe Safety Team to ensure consistent timely and policy-aligned compliance with telematicssystems and related safety processes across business units. This role is accountable formonitoring telematics events tracking coaching and corrective actions supportingmanagers with compliance requirements maintaining accurate records and producingactionable reporting. This position is a coordination and compliance role requiring strongattention to detail process discipline and communication.
Job Duties
- Monitor telematics events
- Ensure consistency with coaching discipline and documentation
- Provide direct feedback and coaching to Manager-level staff
- Maintain compliance records/reporting
- Coordinate with Fleet Safety HR and Corporate operations
- Identify trends and recommend process improvement
- Provides functional guidance and compliance supportto managers and field leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 23 years of experience in fleet safety or compliance coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Ability to report full-time to Richfield OH
- Preferred experiencewith telematics platforms and utility or field services environments.
