We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aBusiness Analyst.

In this role you will:

• Work with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for data and AI projects
• Analyse processes and data highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements
• Assist with testing new solutions and resolving issues during development or rollout
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data and AI analytics
• Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies such as Product Owners Business Analysts Technology and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockers
• Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects

To be successful you will need:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business IT Mathematics Engineering or similar
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst Data Analyst or similar role ideally in banking or financial services
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data management governance and quality assurance practices
• Proactive positive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage
