Senior Wealth Product Expert Manager Investment

This role is to focusing on the implementation of investment product/sales strategies in assigned area. The main functions include the following:

• Working on site to drive investment sales activities for the assigned area to achieve agreed KPI objectives
• Lifting up PRM investment professionalism and productivity through various efforts including training coaching joint calls seminar and other communication activities
• The jobholder must be able to work closely with front line to fulfill the needs and to transfer professional skills to PRM/RMs to ensure a balanced growth

• University or above graduated
• Over 10 years related experience
• Proven experience with track record in investment and product knowledge
• Possess of experience in two of the following roles sales financial consultant investment research investment product in the wealth management industry
• Ambition of reaching goals for self and ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
• Ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and customers
• Strong communication coaching and presentation skills
