Job Title: Customs Brokerage ManagerLocation: East Side El Paso TexasPay Rate: $24.00 per hourSchedule: Monday FridayMust be available to work every other SaturdayPosition SummaryThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and capable of managing a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy compliance and excellent client ResponsibilitiesOversee daily customs brokerage operations including entry processing and compliance activitiesEnsure all customs entries are accurate timely and compliant with CBP and other government regulationsManage train and supervise brokerage staff including workflow coordination and performance monitoringReview and approve customs documentation HTS classifications and duty calculationsMaintain FTZ compliance including inventory control and required reportingServe as the primary contact for CBP clients and internal departments regarding brokerage mattersMonitor regulatory changes and update procedures as neededConduct internal audits and implement corrective actions when necessaryCoordinate with warehouse transportation and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo flowResolve complex customs entry issues and client inquiries efficientlyMaintain strong client relationships and provide high-level customer serviceQualificationsBachelors degree in a related field requiredProven experience in customs brokerage operationsFTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) experience requiredStrong knowledge of CBP regulations HTS classification and import/export proceduresSupervisory or management experience preferredExcellent communication leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in brokerage software systems and Microsoft OfficeWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office and logistics environment on the East Side.
