Job Summary
Education- BE/ME/ Mechanical/Machine Design
Experience- 10-15 Years
Lead design prototyping and commercialization of different types of centrifugal pump series specially canned motor pumps
Deliver product designs which complies various standards like API610 API685 ASME Sec. VIII
Perform and develop SOPs for design calculations for various types of pumps
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for developments and support sales for routine requirements
Overall support to product development/ project engineering
To perform and supervise various types of FEA analysis and implement the recommendations
Technical Skills-
Exposure to design and development of Centrifugal pumps /canned motor pumps
Strong knowledge of design calculations
Expert Level knowledge of API 610 API685 ASME HI Standard
3D modelling using UG NX and FEA analysis using ANSYS
Strong material selection and manufacturing knowledge
Project management and value engineering
Behavioral Skill
Planning and Coordination.
Communication and Networking Skills
Problem solving
Analytical ability.
