Position: Data Science Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$120/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic end-to-end data workflows that challenge todays best models.
• Grade agent performance on complex scenarios in analytics and business intelligence.
• Build scenarios involving SQL analysis dashboard builds and A/B test design.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines dbt models and data quality monitoring.
• Work on warehouse schema design and Airflow/Dagster DAGs.
• Collaborate asynchronously and work independently with a focus on long sessions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years as an analytics engineer BI analyst data scientist or data engineer.
• Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL dbt warehousing (Snowflake BigQuery Redshift) experimentation (A/B tests) pipeline orchestration (Airflow Dagster) metric modeling Python for analysis.
• Comfortable with data artifacts: SQL queries dbt models experiment readouts dashboard specs schema diagrams.
• Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step.
• Drawn to long-horizon challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
