Position: Architecture and Engineering Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85$93/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance in architecture and civil/structural engineering.
- Produce original problem sets using plans sections load diagrams and site imagery.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
- Annotate tasks to enhance AI model outputs and ensure accuracy.
- Work independently with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering or Licensed PE/RA with 3 years of practice or BS in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering with 5 years of design or construction experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: structural analysis building systems site/transportation engineering or architectural design.
- Comfortable reading construction drawings structural details and architectural plans.
Preferred
- Prior teaching code consulting or technical publishing experience.
