Creative Operations Intern

Are you passionate about Social Media and interested in how creative content comes together behind the scenes Were looking for an enthusiastic Creative Operations Intern to support our Social Media team with content coordination asset organization studio preparation ticket follow-up and day-to-day support across ongoing projects.

In this role you will help the team stay organized and keep projects moving smoothly. Youll support with practical tasks linked to social media content production creative workflows and cross-team coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work pays attention to details and wants to learn more about how social media and creative production operate in an international e-commerce environment.

You will learn:

Social Media Content Support:
Learn how social media content is developed and prepared behind the scenes. Youll support with practical tasks connected to content production including helping with video ideas product selections and preparation for studio shoots.

Content Planning and Coordination:
Gain experience in supporting the coordination of social media-related projects by helping keep track of open tasks following up on requests and making sure information is clearly organized and shared within the team.

Asset and Brief Organization:
Learn how to organize creative assets and content materials in a clear and efficient way. Youll support with structuring filmed content maintaining folders and helping keep briefs and related documents easy to access.

Creative Workflow Support:
Understand how creative and design requests move through a team. Youll help track ticket progress support follow-up on open items and assist with feedback rounds based on internal team discussions.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues from Social Media Design Marketing and other teams. Youll learn how strong coordination and communication help bring content and campaigns to life across multiple markets.

Operational Support in a Creative Environment:
Build a strong foundation in creative operations by supporting smaller projects recurring tasks and team coordination needs. Youll gain hands-on experience in the operational side of social media and content production.

• Advanced English skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Interest in social media and content creation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A structured and hands-on way of working
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with different teams
• Ability to manage repetitive and coordination-based tasks with accuracy
• Interest in creative processes and content production is a plus
