Delaware Corps Assistant

Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt 35 hours/week

Job Focus: This position is responsible for duties as assigned including but not limited to: Food Pantry Statistics Material Assistance items such as heat share seasonal activities social & ministry programs. Also included are summer camp recruitment VBS and registration for all seasonal programs. This position will work in harmony with the Corps Officers to carry out The Salvation Armys mission and ministry.

Salary: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good Communication Skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent people skills and the ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• At least 21 years of age and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards
