The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Adobe CJA Developer - Experience Staff / Senior to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation this role you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design develop and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics experience with Adobe CJA and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Experience Staff / Senior you will be responsible for the design development and implementation of Adobe CJA solutions ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded. You will:

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• Bachelors degree required (4-year degree); Masters degree preferred.
• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics customer experience or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US drivers license; willingness and ability to travel as needed.
