School-Based Behavior Technician- Substitute

Position: School-Based Behavior Technician (Substitute)

Location: Fontana CA (schedule will be based on the daily need of the district)

As a Behavior Technician you will have the opportunity to provide 1:1 support or classroom assistance at various grade levels including:

• Elementary School
• Middle School
• High School

The specific placement will depend on the districts requirements and your expertise. As a Behavior Technician at Ensemble Therapy you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering students to reach their full potential. Duties:

• Conduct services based upon IEP goals
• Collaborate and seek guidance from case supervisors or assigned BCBA to ensure best practice with implementation of services
• Implement behavior support plans as provided by your Case manager or BCBA
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clients performance via data collection and clinical notes.
• Provide parent education as directed by your Case manager or BCBA
• Engage in excellent communication skills with your Case manager or BCBA
• Assist with toileting procedures
• Champion the Companys culture and live the Companys core values while being an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children with Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Severe disabilities or related treatments or experience working with children with behaviors within a classroom setting.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
• Be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
• Be highly collaborative team-oriented and customer service driven
