Job Summary
Bureau Veritas Indonesia is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an Oil & Gas Recruiter. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support both project-based and operational manpower requirements within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals LinkedIn internal database etc.).
- Conduct CV screening initial interviews and coordinate user interviews.
- Ensure candidates meet technical qualifications and project requirements in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company standards SLA and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter preferably in Oil & Gas EPC or Engineering industries.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g. Engineer QA/QC HSE Inspector etc.).
- Experienced in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
