We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Sr. Associate Director Tech SME Specialist

In this role you will:

• Manage the testing practice across multiple PODs for the ISO 20022 roadmap for the bank.
• Build mentor manage a large team of testers (50) on the programme
• Grow a deep understanding of the functional changes in the various initiatives the system landscape and testing tools currently used in the programme
• Oversee the creation of testing strategies and plans for initiatives as well as the execution against the plans. Effectively unblock/escalate/resolve blockers during execution. Partner with the development leads to meet program timelines
• Ensure accurate / effective/streamlined reporting of testing progress across all initiatives
• Drive Test Automation practices with the aim to increase quality and reduce cost
• Work in an extremely fast paced Agile environment adopting Value Stream construct
• Champion continuous improvement of testing processes

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Payments Experience exposure to MX message types/ payment schemes cross border payments
• Strong focus on Quality Assurance Test Artefact development and Audit trails
• Demonstrate the ability to use Risk Based Testing to streamline the testing process.
• Strong Defect Management experience including impact analysis triage prioritisation and allocation
• Strong knowledge of JIRA for Test case creation reviews Test Cycle Development & Execution.
• Exposure to tools like Postman/insomnia/Tosca/SQL
• Demonstrate ability to influence and build culture in large remote teams working on several initiatives simultaneously
• Possess excellent and effective communication skills in the English language both written and verbal. Strong Stakeholder management skills.
