Job Title: LVN / LPN Long Term Care

Location: Seward Alaska

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night Options Available)
Assignment Duration: 13 or 26 Weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience and a strong background in LTC providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Float within scope as needed to support facility operations

Requirements:

Active Alaska LVN/LPN license (required at time of submission)
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
BLS certification required
Strong clinical and patient care skills
